This privacy policy describes the treatment of information provided or collected through iJam (hereinafter “iJam” or “us/we”) products, services and websites (together “Services”) including, but not limited to iJam applications. iJam has adopted this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to explain how we and our affiliates collect, store, and use the information collected in connection with Services.

You recognise and agree that the third party companies utilizes by iJam may combine the anonymous data received from us with other information they have independently collected from you or other services or products relating to your activities. These technologies are integrated into Services; if you do not want to be subject to this, do not use or access Services.

USAGE, DISCLOSURE AND TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
